We welcome Amber N. Harwood as our newest Associate.
Amber is the newest member of our Business Law group. Her practice focuses on real estate law, wills and estates, and general corporate and commercial transactions. As a former litigator, Amber brings a wealth of diverse knowledge to her business law clients, and she understands the importance of avoiding costly and protracted litigation.
Born and raised in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Amber graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Concentration in Public Law and a Minor in Sociology. She then graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Juris Doctor with double Concentrations in Social Justice, and in Aboriginal Law and Indigenous Legal Traditions. Following law school, Amber articled with our firm, and was Called to the Bar in 2021.
Outside of the office, Amber enjoys rowing with the St. Catharines Recreational Rowing League, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
