Adam is a member of our Litigation and Tax Law practice groups. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013 and qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant in 2010.
In law school Adam was awarded the Samia Rose Shaheen Memorial Award and CCH Prize for Legal Writing.
Adam’s litigation practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes and disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency. He has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada and the Tax Court of Canada. Adam has also handled cases in arbitration and before administrative tribunals.
