Patrick has developed a solid practice built on a wealth of experience in general corporate and commercial matters. As a member of our Business Law group, Patrick focuses on acquisition and sale of businesses, residential and commercial financing transactions, real estate and development law, leases, wills and estates.
Patrick was born and raised in Niagara, a community which continues to be significant to him and one he continues to actively support.
