Italia joins our client driven team with over 30 years of local practice focused on corporate and commercial law, real estate law and finance, leases, municipal, land use planning and development law, estate planning, wills and estates. She is very well respected in the Niagara business community, and in particular, by the hospitality industry.
Italia’s extensive legal experience in navigating through complex legal concepts and her tenacious character have served her clients extremely well and she looks forward to continuing this dedication in providing valuable business and transactional insight in the community where she has lived all her life. She has also participated in various boards and associations, lending her skilled knowledge and expertise.
We welcome Justin Mayer as our newest Associate.
Justin is a member of our Civil Litigation and Advocacy and Employment and Labour Law Groups, where he acts for clients in a variety of employment, human rights, and litigation related matters. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Labour Relations Board on various matters involving wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal and unlawful reprisal.
Justin graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Medical Science before completing his dual Canadian/ American Juris Doctor Degrees at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
