Rob is the Chair of the Business Law Group and has extensive knowledge and experience in business and tax law. Rob’s practice focuses on the owner/manager, entrepreneur and all of the corporate, commercial and income tax aspects of their business and personal affairs. Rob has designed and completed many complex corporate reorganizations, tax, estate and succession plans.
