Carly articled with Sullivan Mahoney LLP and joined the firm as an associate lawyer in 2018 after completing her articles with the firm and being called to the bar. As a member of our Civil Litigation/Advocacy Group, she practices general litigation with a focus on family law and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.
During law school, Carly worked with the Queen’s Family Law Clinic, gaining practical experience in the family court system while assisting low-income residents with family law matters. She was also involved with Pro Bono Students Canada, the Queen’s Law Journal and the ELSA Moot Court Competition when Queen’s hosted the annual event.
Carly is proud to have been born and raised in the Niagara Region and happy to have returned to the area to establish her practice. Outside the office, Carly enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and crafting.
