Justin joined Sullivan Mahoney LLP in 2021 as a member of the Civil Litigation and Advocacy and Employment and Labour Law Groups, where he acts for clients in a variety of employment, human rights, and litigation related matters. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Labour Relations Board on various matters involving wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal and unlawful reprisal.
After obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Science from Brock University in 2016, he completed his dual Canadian/American Juris Doctor Degrees at the University of Windsor, Ontario and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in Michigan in 2020.
Justin makes his home in Niagara Falls. He’s an avid traveller, seeker of novel experiences and a history buff. He enjoys giving back to the community and has participated in numerous charitable endeavours, including most recently donating his time to a community housing clinic in Detroit, Michigan. In his free time, Justin enjoys rock music, playing guitar, golfing and engaging in other sporting activities.
